QUEZON CITY – Empowering our 4K Program Personnel with the latest in Agri-fishery Technology and Marketing Strategies – Cultivating knowledge for a sustainable future.
The Department of Agriculture Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran ng Kababayang Katutubo – National Project Management Office (DA 4K – NPMO) conducted two (2) batches of Capacity Building for 4K Personnel on Agri- Fishery Technology and Marketing for them to have an in-depth guide on the process of the DA 4K from implementation of the program.
The second batch was on 26-30 June 2023 at Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), Quezon City.
Throughout the training session, it covered a wide range of topics related to Agroenterprise Clustering approach. It began by discussing the importance of different steps in clustering the partners’ beneficiaries, included exploration of model clustering of commodity which serves as the foundation for the rest of the training. From there, the participants explored different market view from DA Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Service (AMAS), providing updates machineries and equipment through Bureau of Agricultural and Fisheries Engineering (BAFE) and Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM) shared the foundation on Soils identification and other related topics on delving into the details and providing practical examples of how these concepts can be applied in real-world situations.
