About the Program
4K is a locally funded special program of the Department of Agriculture serving Indigenous Peoples farmers and fisherfolk within their ancestral domains in the Philippines.
The program begins with community needs assessment and capacity development, followed by agriculture and fisheries support, enterprise development, and market assistance with respect for customs, traditions, values, beliefs, and interests.
