With the instruction of the DA Senior Undersecretary, Domingo F. Panganiban in response to the letter dated 16 March 2023 from the National Police Commission, Philippine National Police, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), Southern Police District, Director Ervannie Jay P. Belarmino, CPA, Ph.D., MPSA of the 4K program gave a two-hour lecture on Department of Agriculture’s Program Thrusts and Services for the Vulnerable and Marginalized Sector as part of the NCRPO 7-Days Revitalized Police Sa Barangay (R-PSB) Class 2023 at Southern Police District Multi-Purpose Hall, Lawton Avenue, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on 23 March 2023.
Subsequently, he gave the same lecture at the SPD Officers Lounge, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City on 27 March 2023.
