The DA-RFO XII 4K Program, in partnership with NCIP South Cotabato, successfully conducted the Capacitation for ICCs/IPs/IPOs on Organizational Development and Technical Training cum IPO Level of Development (LoD) Assessment at Sitio Datal Fitak, Brgy. Assumption, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato, specifically for the Assumption Farmers Association.
This initiative is part of the 4K Program’s goal of empowering Indigenous Peoples (IPs) through support for sustainable agricultural development and strengthening of IPOs, while honoring and respecting their culture, beliefs, and traditions.
The LOD served as a baseline to determine the status of the association before the implementation of 4K Program projects. The results provided a comprehensive understanding of the association’s strengths, gaps, and priority areas for improvement—paving the way toward inclusive, resilient, and culturally rooted development.
